We walked out of a competing manufacturer's dealership because their sleezy sales tactics were making our car buying experience miserable. I walked into Brown's where the service was extremely friendly, honest, and hospitable. Isamar, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles. She listened carefully to what we wanted in a car and steered us toward a car that we liked much better than what we initially thought we wanted. In doing so, she even saved us some money. Hyundai offered generous incentives, honored our USAA price quote, and gave us much more for our trade than we were offered at the competitor's dealership. Hyundai financing even had a lower interest rate than our preapproved rate with USAA. There was no haggling over price, no pushy attempts to sell us extra protection packages or add-ons, and no stress. When Brown's did not have the specific color vehicle I wanted, they located one at another dealership the next business day, drove it in and had it cleaned and fueled for us to pick up by 3:00. Before we drove off the lot, we received a tour of the service area, a thank you from the manager, and a walk through of all our car's features. Isamar even set up our Bluelink service for us and paired our cell phone before we left. We have only been Hyundai owners for two weeks, but we are quite pleased with the car and the customer care we received.
